Guys! Dont over complicate your fat loss process, simply find your weight in lbs and multiply that figure by 15 to find your maintainance calories. Then subtract 4 to 6 hundred calories from that figure to put yourself in a deficit. Eat .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight and back fill the rest of the calories with good nutritious food that you enjoy. Now comes the secret to loosing the fat.....are you ready? EAT THOSE EXACT CALORIES FOR 12 TO 16 WEEKS! Being consistent is the key and a bonus tip....hit 10k steps a day come hell or high water. You WILL loose weight for certain my lovely friends.

So ladies who want to build bigger glutes, influencers will have you believe in their crazy and daft routines just because they have a big butt. But most of the time its smoke and mirrors and lets face it....some ladies just distribute bodyfat differently and hold more on the butt.

If you really want to build actual muscle there then simply eat in a small calorie surplus and get way stronger on basic glute moves like Rdls, glute bridges, step ups/reverse lunges then sprinkle in some kickbacks or abduction machine. Hit 2 sets to failure on bigger movements...1x6-10 and 1x15- 25 and for things like kickbacks etc hit 2x15-20.

Try to add reps or weight each session while keeping form standardised and do this for a year. Its impossible not to grow this way. I want to start giving as much free advice as possibe so please ask any questions you have.

Shoulders, traps, upper chest and upper back are key areas to build if you want that Hollywood look! to do this we want to be choosing lifts that have a large scope for long term strength gain....progressive overload. Incline presses, overhead presses, dips and pull ups are staples in my clients training as well as my own.
