We're delighted to be taking part in the Tesco Stronger Starts Fruit & Veg Grants customer vote, where schools and community groups can receive grants of up to £1,500.

Our project, "Tornedale's Tiny Growers," aims to help our EYFS pupils grow their own fruit and vegetables. Through this project, children will learn where food comes from, enjoy tasting the produce they have grown themselves, and even take fresh fruit and vegetables home for their families to enjoy as part of healthy meals.

🌟 Wraparound Childcare Returns for 2026/27! 🌟

We are delighted to announce that Tornedale’s Wraparound Childcare Provision will once again be available from Monday 7 September and will run throughout the academic year.

Delivered by our dedicated Tornedale staff team, the provision offers a safe, welcoming and familiar environment for children before and after the school day, helping to support busy families with flexible childcare.

As a school-based service, we aim to operate our wraparound provision on a break-even basis, allowing us to keep costs as low as possible for parents while maintaining the high standards of care and support that our families expect.

Today, Tony the Tiger paid a special visit to Tornedale Infant Academy to cheer on all the amazing children taking part in their Rainbow Run! 🌈🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

🌈🐯 A Huge Thank You to Tornedale Infant Academy! 🐯🌈

Everyone at Rossington Tigers Charity Club would like to say a massive thank to Tornedale Infant Academy for choosing us as the charity to support with your Rainbow Run on the last day of term this Friday 17th July.

We are incredibly grateful that the money raised will help us continue supporting local people in the Rossington community who are facing hardship. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference.
