We provide a therapeutic outdoor/indoor environment where students get involved in agriculture, animal care, horticulture, planting, harvesting, woodwork, arts/crafts. Growing together established only in February 2021, starting with an empty yard & nearly 40 acres of farm & woodland was neglected & unused for years. We got the garden centre in the August of 2021; this also was empty & derelict. We have since developed a working farm with sheep, chickens, guinea pigs & a pony. Also, a garden centre providing a warm, safe environment that caters for adults who have left education & have nowhere to go for ages 21 +. We have individuals that have a wide range of disabilities, from Autistic people to people with physical disabilities. At present the farm is small but over time it will grow bigger & we would like to expand our services & become a big part in your community. All students will feel they have a purpose in life, independence & ability to reach their goals.
