Good luck A-LEVEL students!

Making big decisions about your future can feel overwhelming and you may be undecided about what you want to do next. This is normal!

Remember that you are not on your own. There are lots of support services and professionals available to help explore your new opportunities and there are plenty of options, whatever grades you get.

If results day this year has left you feeling a little confused, why not head over to our icanbea... website for some quick hints and tips on how to find your feet.

If you want to chat to someone, we can help young people in Norfolk and Suffolk up to the age of 25, so just get in touch. We also run a mentoring programme in the region called Step Forward, which you may be able to benefit from.

About the role:
As an apprentice, you’ll earn a competitive apprentice salary whilst gaining an Early Years Educator qualification in Child Care (Level 3), with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of your apprenticeship.

This role will enable you to gain and enhance relevant skills, knowledge, behaviours, and experience within a nursery setting by working alongside qualified and/or experienced colleagues.

The role will be undertaken within the framework of an agreed apprenticeship standard (Early Years Educator – Level 3) and you will be closely supported and supervised in the delivery of tasks and activities.

What they are looking for:
We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our busy and well-established team to provide a safe, secure, exciting and stimulating environment for the babies and children in our Nursery. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect our staff, students and volunteers to share this commitment.

Applications are welcome from those who are enthusiastic about gaining new knowledge and developing good practice. You will require GCSE Grade C (or above) or Functional Skills Level 2 qualification in English or willingness and ability to obtain this qualification within 12 months of commencing the apprenticeship.
