‼️Important Booking Information ‼️

I am NO LONGER on Gymcatch, I have now switched over to Fresha for all bookings. What this means, is you now have to book through me personally and I will add you to the class, I can then either send you a payment link, add your card details to charge to your card or you can pay via cash on the day 💵

Boxercise is a high energy class, and yet we still managed to spot a little bit of calm in chaos on Saturday morning 😌

I think this is just a reminder that when life feels chaotic and messy theres always a little bit of calm somewhere near by, you've just got to take a step back to find it
