Please check your child’s hair this weekend and treat if you find any lice. We currently have an outbreak in school.

Year 6 families
It’s time to apply for your child to move to their next school! A letter should have arrived via Arbor but you can also click this link.
Closing date is 31st Oct - failure to do so may mean that all places at your preferred school will have been filled.

You must consider how your child will travel to and from school before you apply for a school place. Your child might not be eligible for funded school travel to their catchment area school if this is not the nearest suitable school.

Step out with purpose this September and take part in the Home-Start Hike!
On Sunday 27th September, the Home-Start Hike is taking place at Kingfisher Leisure Centre, Sudbury, raising money to ensure Home-Start Suffolk can continue providing critical support to families of all kinds that are struggling in silence behind closed doors.
This year’s 3-mile route includes a fun family challenge, with a prize for every child and a very special guest – Bluey the dog!
There are also 6 or 13-mile scenic routes in the Suffolk countryside that you can take part in if you would like to walk further.
Whatever inspires you to take part, your steps will help support a great local cause.
You can find out more about the Home-Start Hike at: https://homestartinsuffolk.org/home-start-hike-2026/
