Hello,

We're trying to gather information about support needs for our younger members of the community and have created a survey to try and capture their views.

If you are aged between 16yrs and 30yrs, could you complete this very quick and simple survey. If like me, those days have gone, please share the survey widely so we can gather as much feedback as possible. (you will need to copy and paste the link to share outwith this group)
Thank you

We are delighted to be one of 23 projects selected to receive funding from the Self Management Fund, administered by Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland.

We will be launching Your Life, Your Wellness - a new Highland-wide support service for adults who are newly diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis, or beginning an unpaid caring role on the 23rd November 2026 for 3 years.

Offering personalised 1:1 support with trained Link workers for 4-6 weeks, participants will build confidence, develop self-management skills, and create a tailored toolkit to help them live well with a long-term condition. Support will be available online and by phone, ensuring access across Highland, including rural and remote communities.

The Self Management Fund aims to empower people living with long term conditions, disabled people and unpaid carers to take control of their health, care and wellbeing. This round of the fund has seen £2.2 million of Scottish Government funding awarded to 23 projects across Scotland – and we are truly delighted to be one of them.
