☀️ Hot Weather Update ☀️

Good afternoon Parents and Carers,

You will have received an email saying that we are planning to be open as normal tomorrow. If the weather warning is extended, we will communicate with you via email as to the next steps.

Children may,
Wear their PE kits or summer uniform - please leave jumpers and hoodies at home.
Wear a hat - we are adjusting the timetable to give short period of time outside,
Remember to bring a named water bottle full of water
Make sure you have applied your suncream before coming to school.

We look forward to seeing you all at 08:30 or from 07:30 if you are at Breakfast Club.

⚠️ Extreme Heat Warning ⚠️

Due to the extreme weather conditions forecasted for this week, I have been in communication with Acorn Education Trust and the decision has been made to close the school early at 12:30 from Monday - Wednesday.

I appreciate this is an inconvenience but the welfare of the children and staff is paramount. Please can you make all the necessary arrangements to pick up your children at 12:30. Children will have lunch at school as normal.

Children may come in summer uniform or PE kit (no jumpers, cardigans or hoodies)
All children should bring a water bottle filled with water
Children should wear sun hats and have sun cream applied before they come into school.
