I am very proud to celebrate the promotion of Kev Hearn to 4th Dan. I’ve had the pleasure to train with Kev many years now and this is well deserved.

Our next competition is the Welsh Championships in Cardiff. Let your instructor know if you would like to compete or officiate.

Today Ellie and I had the pleasure of training with the Traditional Taekwondo Black Belt Centre Club in Lutz, Florida. https://martialartstampabay.com.

It was a great experience for us both, although a lot hotter for training than I’m used to in Newbury and Didcot. Thank you to Kyosahnim Toni Omerovic for hosting us and Jude for putting me through my paces.
