Old school 24 hour members only gym located in Didcot. We cater to all people wanting to improve their fitness, strength and muscle.
We limit our member numbers to improve our member's training sessions. Currently the gym is unmanned, so DM to join.

We value our members being able to get in a proper session, so we don't sign up thousands of people like normal commercial gyms do - that means the gym isn't rammed when you come to get a workout in.

Prices:
Full membership 24/7 remote access - £40 per month
Off peak membership - all hours excluding 3-8pm on weekdays -
£35 per month
No sign up fees
No contracts
Current members: refer a family member or friend and get a free month.

Ever seen strongman on TV and fancied trying atlas stones yourself?
We have atlas stones starting at 30kg and go up to 140kg, so are accessible to most people.
If you'd like to try and want some guidance, coach Henry will be at the stone area this Saturday (23rd of August) at 10am doing a stone session.
Members - free
Non members - £8
If you're interested, just DM "stones" to let us know you're coming.

More updates to upstairs: new set of dumbbells from 1kgs - 30kgs, new bench, squat rack, new heavy punch bag, new heavy cable stack and new recumbent bike.
