Barbecue went off really nicely, thanks to all our great members who came along to enjoy a few burgers and have a bit of a chin wag - it was a fun evening.

If you have any ideas for future events do let us know.

We have a great group of members that have stuck with us and made some fantastic gains along the way.
We'd like to thank you all for your loyalty and hard work with a free barbecue on Thursday 24th of September.

Time to be announced closer to the date but will be late afternoon/evening for a few hours so you can do your workout and get your post session protein straight afterwards.

12 spaces currently open in our limited members gym.
We value our members being able to get in a proper session, so we don't sign up thousands of people like normal commercial gyms do - that means the gym isn't rammed when you come to get a workout in.

If you're serious about training, send us a DM and arrange to get signed up now.

Ever seen strongman on TV and fancied trying atlas stones yourself?

We have atlas stones starting at 30kg and go up to 140kg, so are accessible to most people.

If you'd like to try and want some guidance, coach Henry will be at the stone area this Saturday (23rd of August) at 10am doing a stone session.

Members - free
Non members - £8

If you're interested, just DM "stones" to let us know you're coming.

What's this, a gym that you can actually get on equipment? Yes that's right.

If you're tired of going to your gym, it being rammed and you can't do your workout properly, ironworks is the gym for you.
We keep our member numbers low so we can do our sessions with the intensity we came in to do.

No contracts
No start up fee

£40 full 24 hour membership
£35 off peak membership (excludes 6am-7am and 3pm-8pm on weekdays)
