Eyes down, look in… it’s Bingo in the Bistro!

Come and join us for a bingo fundraiser, proceeds split between prizes and funds in aid of DGS.

Doors open 6.30 (starts 7pm) on Friday 9 October in The Bistro, DGS. Parking available at school via Manor Crescent entrance.

Licensed bar (limited selection) and snacks available for sale.

Cost to play: £8.00 pp… card or cash taken on the night. This is a 16+ event.

If you’re a Y7 parent, we’d appreciate your support...

- we run a monthly draw with 50% of the proceeds going back to the school in donations (50% prizes)
- have you got some time to spare? We’re always looking for volunteers and you can give as much or as little time as you have available. Please DM us if interested in either.

We are running a second hand uniform sale on 26 August from 10.30-12.30. In return for a small donation a selection of branded and non branded uniform items are available to purchase. We will be selling light refreshments too.

Limited parking available via Oxford Crescent entrance.

We’ll be in S12 but signage will be displayed when you arrive via Oxford Crescent.

You can also donate any uniform items that you no longer need by bringing them along on the day.

Didcot Girls' School is holding a raffle fundraiser at their upcoming sports awards evening to purchase 30 athletic vests… could you help them by donating a prize for the raffle? The sports awards recognises the amazing sporting talents of the pupils at the school.

If you have a child at the school they can drop off at Pupil Services (mark FAO Sports Dept) or if your a local business please DM us and we’ll get in touch.

They are unable to accept donations of alcohol. If you can support, please drop by Monday 15 June.

This May half-term the council’s Active Communities team has a great range of half-term activities for young children, teenagers and families to enjoy. From multi-sport fun sessions and Xplorer navigation challenges to a softball and cricket activity day, join them at locations across the Vale for fun, active sessions for all ages.
