WE’RE HIRING | PE TEACHER / SEN SPECIALIS‍T

Are you passionate about sport, PE and making a real difference to children and young people with SEN?

We’re looking for a dedicated PE Teacher / Sports Coach – SEN Specialist to join the Elite Youth Sports team in Oxfordshire from September 2026.

You’ll deliver inclusive, engaging PE and sports sessions, adapting activities to support children with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD and physical disabilities. You’ll help children build confidence, resilience and a positive relationship with physical activity. 💪

📍 Oxfordshire
💷 £23,400 – £25,500 FTE
⏰ Full-time or part-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
📅 Starting September 2026

We're looking for someone with:
✅ SEN experience working with children or young people
✅ At least 1 year's sports coaching/teaching experience
✅ Relevant Level 2 coaching qualification, Sports Degree or equivalent
✅ Full driving licence & own transport
✅ A positive, patient and flexible approach

Be prepared for camps!

Here's the must-haves for your children to bring to summer camp!

- Sun Hat
- Sun Cream (please be aware the children will have to apply this themselves)
- Spare Change of Clothes (Ultimate Splashdown days)
- Packed Lunch (HAF Spaces will not need to bring a packed lunch but please fill out the food choices form)
- Refillable Water Bottle
- Lightweight Raincoat (Just incase the summer turns rainy)
