Haven’t posted about my star 🤩 client (or any of my clients, for that matter)… in a while! 😫
However, he/we have been working extremely hard 😓 behind the scenes (in an attempt to gain some serious size & strength)!! 🏋️‍♂️💪🏼💥
AND… it’s definitely paid off 😃

Start of ‘BULK’~14st 10

(An increase ⬆️ of about 9/10lbs 🤩💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼)

Great work from the big man!!!
Plan is to continue bulking for the next few weeks, re-test his strength THEN… start a little cut (before repeating the process)!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Can’t wait for the next phase of your training 🏋️‍♂️ & to see (exactly) what we can achieve together 🏆♾😍

⬆️⬆️⬆️ Just a bit of for you-this afternoon!!! 💥
Above is a well-known saying, that has been around for years & years!!!

Yet, far too many people don’t even start their JOURNEY 🎯 because they are too afraid 😧 to take that first step.

WHY?! 🤔

-Maybe it’s because the journey seems too overwhelming, the goal is too far away and there’s too much that needs to be done etc. OR…
-Maybe it’s because they get caught up in wanting immediate results in other areas of their life and are distracted from their long-term goals.

BUT… The thing about ‘LONG-TERM’ goals is, surprisingly enough, they aren’t accomplished in one single day! 🙈 They take 🩸😓😭

The ONLY WAY you’re going to accomplish something really big and ambitious – the kind of goal that will transform your life forever – is by consistently taking one small step at a time in the direction of your dreams 💭

SO… Take the first step towards your (long-term) goal 🥅-today AND ask for help (if you need it… whatever your goal may be)!!

Are you trying to lose weight/fat this New Year?! ⚖️
Remember that… CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑 and DONT FAIL ❌ due to the above ⬆️

Don’t get me wrong… I know you want to relax, unwind & “let go” at the weekend* BUT… that doesn’t mean you have to go crazy and completely let yourself go!!
*-everyone does
You can still enjoy your weekend AND stay ‘ON-TRACK’ towards your (FAT LOSS) GOAL 🥅💪🏼💥…

If you do want to have a little cheat 🍔🍕🍺🍷 at the weekend, simply stay 100-150 Cals below your Calorie Target (during the week)… giving you approx. 500 extra Cals to enjoy yourself/treat yourself a little!!!* 😋🤤😍
*whilst STILL making PROGRESS ⚖️

It’s New Year, which means one thing…
-Time for New Years Resolutions 🥳
-Time for people to set some Goals 🎯 (to work towards*)
*most of which fail

⬆️⬆️⬆️ Something(s) to remember/think about when you are setting your Goals (whatever they may be)…
1. Goals are not just for New Year/January 1st, they can be set anytime… BUT… You need to find your ‘REASON WHY’, that fire 🔥, that motivation first

2. THEN… Once you have set that goal (long, short-term, whatever it may be); make sure you set mini goals along the way (to keep you stay motivated/on track)
E.g. if you’re long term goal is to lose 3 stone ⚖️ set yourself mini targets 🎯 of losing 1/2st and reward yourself when you hit these mini goals 😊 … This will help you keep progressing & moving forwards towards your MAIN/OVERALL GOAL 👍🏼💪🏼💥

3. Finally, if you are struggling with any of this process (setting realistic, achievable goals and/or actually working towards them)… Please 🙏🏼 DO NOT hesitate to get in touch 📧…

-Enjoy 😃 Xmas (Day) with Family, Friends/Whoever you are spending it with 🥰 AND
-Give your Body a Rest🏋️‍♂️😌 (over the Festive Period), as well!!

There are sooo many benefits (both Physical & Psychological) of having Rest days/Time Off exercising 😎😌… Your Body will thank you-later.

Gains and Progress 💪🏼💥 aren’t made-overnight; SO… they certainly aren’t lost overnight either!!! 👍🏼

SOOO… Go, Enjoy the day with Family 👫🏼👨‍👩‍👦👨‍👩‍👧, Rest Up, “Enjoy the Feast” and Get Ready to Smash It in 2022!! 🎊💥

With (a) New Year 🎉 approaching…
With this, comes New Years Resolutions; normally to get fit (and burn off 🔥 some of the extra calories consumed on Xmas 🎄 day/around the Christmas period)!!! 🤪🤣🙈

Our industry/the gyms 🏋️‍♂️ are going to be busier (than ever)* with lots of newbies/beginners, who have never 👎🏼 stepped foot 🦶🏼 in a gym… EVER BEFORE!!
*-barring any dreaded lockdowns 🔒😫😩🤞🏼

🚨 Client Shoutout Saturday 🚨
Just wanted to give another one of my clients 🏋🏻‍♀️, Liz, a huge shoutout!!!

Liz’s main goal 🎯 (when she started) was to become fitter and stronger 🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏼⬆️ AND… it’s fair to say that she’s smashing it 💥💥💥

She hasn’t had the easiest/smoothest ride BUT… she comes in, leaves work/life (outside) & puts her heart and soul into EVERY SINGLE SESSION 💯😓 AND… her results speak for themselves…
NEW PB on squats (65kg for 6), Deadlift (85kg for 3) & Single-arm Bench Press-THIS WEEK!!!

Can’t wait to push on and see what we can achieve together 🏆
