Today we held our Beacon World Cup Day. ⚽️
We had the pupils from both schools and our Pre-School take part. We started off with the Opening Ceremony with the flag bearers leading their country around the running track. Pre-School made their own flags ☺️
When the rain came, we went inside to practise our football skills, had our picnic lunch in the hall and finished the afternoon with year group football matches and prizes for the best trophy designs.
We didn't let the weather dampen our enthusiasm and the children had a great day. I was so proud to see the older pupils from both schools supporting the youngestfrom both schools. They really are amazing children! 👏 Mrs C

Yesterday, we invited some UEA sports coaches into school to introduce our pupils to Pickleball. This was a new experience for most of us and the children all did so well developing new skills and having great fun at the same time! 😊Mrs C

What a beautiful, crisp day we had today for our trampolining on the playground. The children absolutely loved it; what a fantastic way to end our spring term with a Boogie and a Bounce! ☺️ Mrs C

We had a fantastic couple of games of football yesterday at the Garboldisham site between both our schools. Amazing sportsmanship was on display throughout and such consideration and friendship. Also, lots of fun!! Seeing such huge smiles from pupils and staff afterwards made me so proud. Well done children! 😊 Mrs C
