A huge thank you to Grove House Surgery for having me this afternoon to deliver a staff wellbeing session. 💚
It’s always fantastic to see surgeries and workplaces prioritising the wellbeing of their staff. We worked through a range of health and wellbeing exercises with both the administration and clinical teams, creating some valuable time to pause, reflect and focus on their own wellbeing.
Thank you to the whole team for getting involved and making me feel so welcome. It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with you all!

The famous Coconut Chicken 🥥🍗✨

A firm family favourite with my mum and masis, and honestly one of those recipes that never gets old. This was the first time I made it on camera, but since then I’ve been making it every single week!

Simple ingredients, packed with flavour, and pure comfort food ❤️

Save this recipe for your next family dinner 👇

I don’t usually practice advanced yoga poses. My focus is on slowing down, resetting, and creating balance through Yin and Yang.
So achieving Scale Pose came as a beautiful surprise.
Proof that when you stay consistent, progress happens even when you’re not actively chasing it. 💫
