Our playground renovation has begun!
Today the building work on our playground has started. Here you can see that the old play equipment has been removed, in preparation for the ground work to commence. We will post updates as they come in. We hope you are excited to see the new playground and want to say thank you for your generous donations which have all been put towards the improvement of our playground. We will continue to fundraise through upcoming events such as the Christmas Fayre and you can also donate via our JustGiving page to cover any shortfall which is attached below. FUNDRAISING FOR OUR PLAYGROUND:
On Sunday the 6th July, a group of staff from St John's Primary School will walk 15 miles from Saltaire in Bradford to Leeds City Centre along the canal to raise money for new playground equipment. As we have expanded into a primary school, our school is continuously growing. Unfortunately, our school playground no longer meets the needs of our children. We are raising money to purchase new playground equipment for our school playground. The new equipment will benefit all children in school.

🇬🇧 VE DAY AT ST JOHN'S! 🇬🇧
To celebrate we all came to school dressed in red, white and/or blue. The children then mixed classes and did carousel learning, which included designing VE plates, collage work, montage, decorating biscuits, playing traditional games and writing and performing news reports to others. The children and staff had a great time and it was lovely to see the children from different classes working together.
