Yesterdays gradings, you all concentrated so hard, well done

Due to the continued success of our amazing students, along with a contagious condition called growing, some of them have fledged the nest and moved up to more senior classes meaning we now have spaces in Little Ninjas.
As you stare down the barrel of a long summer holiday what better way to focus their attention, burn off some energy and have fun than karate - with the added benefit of giving them a lifelong skill.
Classes are tonight from 6pm for ages 4+, first two classes free, message for more info

Spare a thought for Mrs R tonight while you're all having fun or relaxing after a hard week - she's trying to sew up her gi after last nights big split. She did tell you that you could squat lower though, and she was right - pity her trousers had to suffer during the demonstration though :)

Our biggest congratulations today though must go to Sarah Louise Lofthouse on achieving her first dan black belt, an inspiration to so many and the epitome of what martial arts is all about. Mr R didn't do a bad job at doing his third dan either
