Humourous, dark, political and topical

Anne is a great part to play, Henry more two dimensional. James I and George Villiers would be quite fun and a little challenging for actors

It's a shame there aren't more rôles for women

The plot is strong and straightforward, moves quickly. A knowledge of Tudor history would add depth in the playing of it
