🍯✨ Our Potterne Honeybees cut comb very popular at the moment with another big delivery heading out today 😊.

Harvested straight from the hive, this is honey in its most natural form.

Some ideas on way to enjoy:
🍞 On warm toast or crumpets
🧀 Paired with your favourite cheese board
🥄 Eaten straight from the comb
🍨 Served over ice cream or Greek yoghurt

🐝 During this everlasting hot spell where is all the nectar coming from...
We found so many areas of Himalayan balsam on a dog walk over the weekend, and it explains why one of our apiaries is absolutely flying! The bees are filling supers almost as quickly as we can empty them. 💪🍯

On Friday, Mrs B attended a fantastic soap-making course down in Hampshire. It was a brilliant day learning hedgerows honey soaps and we highly recommend giving it a try if you get the chance.

​We are now thinking about what other handmade creations we can add to our Potterne Honeybees market stalls next.

🐝 ​Moved the hives onto the rapeseed fields this weekend. The bees are already hard at work pollinating the crop and prepping for the first honey flow of the year. Spring is officially in full swing! 🐝
