Harvested straight from the hive, this is honey in its most natural form.

Some ideas on way to enjoy:
🍞 On warm toast or crumpets
🧀 Paired with your favourite cheese board
🥄 Eaten straight from the comb
🍨 Served over ice cream or Greek yoghurt

🐝 During this everlasting hot spell where is all the nectar coming from...
We found so many areas of Himalayan balsam on a dog walk over the weekend, and it explains why one of our apiaries is absolutely flying! The bees are filling supers almost as quickly as we can empty them. 💪🍯

On Friday, Mrs B attended a fantastic soap-making course down in Hampshire. It was a brilliant day learning hedgerows honey soaps and we highly recommend giving it a try if you get the chance.

We are now thinking about what other handmade creations we can add to our Potterne Honeybees market stalls next.

What would you like to see joining the honey on our tables? Let us know your ideas in the comments.

Thank you for a fabulous morning Hampshire Soap - Soap School & Apothecary

Developing something new for the long miles. I’m enjoying experimenting with a beeswax base to get this formulation exactly where it's needed. 🐝🏃‍♂️

Keeping the specifics under wraps while I put it through its paces, but so far, so good. 🤫
