💡 The "Lightbulb Moment"! 💡

Today’s online French lesson absolutely made my week. My wonderful student—a British expat living in France—had a massive breakthrough today.

She completely mastered the future tense during our session! She literally threw her hands in the air celebrating, crying, "Oh my goodness, it works, it works!" 🙌🎉

When we first started, she couldn't speak a single word. Today? We spent the lesson having a real, flowing conversation. Seeing my students gain the confidence to thrive in their new French life is exactly why I love teaching.

So incredibly proud of her hard work! 🇫🇷✨

I wrote a recipe for a Quatre Quarts in French and off we go making it and here is the result, living the language, experiencing it, making it fun is the key😉

Good luck to my great student (9 years old) going through the DELF A1.1 exam in London - we have been working very hard on speaking, reading and writing, mock exams and some fun because enjoying the process is key!

Bonjour to you,

French is my Native language and I speak fluent English,

My name is Caroline and I have lived in the UK for 18 years,

When I first came in England, London to be precise, my English was almost non existent (apart from "Hello" probably)

I came in England on my own so I could have full immersion.
This experience was incredible and thanks to it, I do understand that to learn a new language, it needs to be put into context, I found that associating real situations to the language and vocabulary makes the learning process not only quicker but much more engraved in your memory.

this is the way I work and I will show you how to do this even if you want to learn French but you live in the UK.

If you are like me and learning with "ready made books" has never work then I can absolutely help with lessons online or onsite depending on where you live.

Another point that is important: I love people, I love to get to know them, we all have amazing stories and experiences and I believe that when you have happy moments added to a learning experience, you learn faster and more in depth as well as creating a strong will to learn more every time.

I am looking forward to help you with your learning and get to know you.
