Real talk
No matter how high you think you’re flying, always stay humble. Life has harsh way of reminding you very quickly what actually matters.
The last two years have completely changed my perspective on life, changed me as a person.
I went through a time that humbled me to my fu***ng core.
The type of things that strip away your ego, bring everything back to reality and show you how little control you actually have.
I had a choice to make
I could have lived with a poor me attitude. I could have became bitter, stopped moving forward and convinced myself that life owed me something.
But it doesn’t.
So I chose the right path.
Not because I didn’t hurt, Not because I didn’t struggle. Not because i wasnt angry,
But because I refused to let one of the worst things that ever happened to me to bring out the worst in me.
I decided to let it wake me the f**k up.
To make me more grateful. More present. A better father, a better coach and a better man.
I have children watching me. A family, a team and people who depend on me. So Il always keep showing up. I keep building. I keep helping people. I keep trying to become better.
I haven’t always got everything right, but I see life completely in a mad different way now.
Success does not make you untouchable. Money, followers, a business or a physique mean absolutely nothing when life really hits you.
So stay humble when things are going well. Be a good person when there’s nothing in it for you. Look after your people and never take a single day for granted.
Because no matter how high you’re flying, life can bring you back to earth in a second. Trust me on that one, pressing a green button on your phone screen can change everything for good.
So my advice definitely fly high, but stay grounded.
And live in a way that would make the people who are no longer here proud.
Hard work works 💪🏼
