🔔 Welcome Back to School! 🔔

We are so excited to welcome our pupils back for a wonderful new school year! Here is everything you need to know for our return:

Start Date:
School opens this Monday, 31st August for all pupils in Years 2–7. (Year 1 parents, please refer to your specific staggered intake arrangements).

Arrival Times:
Doors open at 8:45 AM, with classes starting promptly at 9:00 AM.

Drop-Off Information:
Years 1 & 2: Parents may walk their children directly to their classroom door.

Year 3: Parents may walk their children to their classroom door on Monday only. From Tuesday onwards, please drop them off at the main (office) entrance.

Years 4–7: Pupils should be dropped off at the main entrance as normal.

School Finish Time & Lunch:
School finishes at 12:00 Noon on Monday for all pupils. There is no canteen service and children do not need to bring a packed lunch, just a small healthy morning snack.

What a special and memorable day for our wonderful Year 7 pupils! 🎓✨ From our celebration Mass to prizegiving, and finishing with a fantastic disco, it was a joy to celebrate all their achievements. Seeing everyone clapped up the driveway was such a proud and heartfelt moment as they begin their next adventure.
Boys and girls, we are so proud of each and every one of you—good luck on the next part of your journey. Remember to always do your best and believe in yourselves. 💫

Year 2 School Trip! 🌟

What an incredible day 2ED and 2LK had at Redcastle Leisureland!
From a trip on a double decker bus to bumper cars and rollercoasters. The children made the most of every ride...some even managed double‑digit turns! 🎢
Their manners and behaviour were outstanding.
A wonderful way to celebrate an amazing year in Year 2! 🌟

P1SL School trip
We had an amazing time in Leisureland last Thursday! From racing on the bumper cars to diving into the ball pit, we made so many great memories with our friends. Our teachers were incredibly proud of our fantastic behaviour—we were true ambassadors for our school! It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of our first year in Sacred Heart Primary School.

⚽️ New Soccer Kit ⚽️

Our new soccer rig that was generously sponsored by Lynch’s Eurospar being presented to Mr McGuigan by James.

Our local shop has been a kind patron donating to many of our school events.

We at Sacred Heart are appreciative to have such a charitable benefactor. 💚 💙 Lynch's Eurospar Trench Road
