Why should you learn self defence?
Learning some basic self defence could potentially save your life.
I am a very strong believer in everyone should know some form of tried and tested self defence. You might never need to use it BUT it’s always there if you do.
Something new to learn & have some fun while burning some calories! In a striking session you can burn 800+ calories in 1 hour!!!
What better way to get rid of stress than punching & kicking me 🤣

Hi folks starting this page so everyone can contact me through here and keep up to date with posts etc ...
l will be personal training out of REAL FIT gym (Elagh business park) 121 training, buddy up sessions & small group sessions all available! I will also be taking pads sessions & fighters conditioning classes for any level of experience from complete beginner to experienced.
With 10 years experience in fighting competitively across kickboxing, k1 and in recent years MMA, I have never missed weight for any contest I’ve competed in over the 10 year period. In that time I received my black belt in kickboxing. won an ISKA k1 Irish title & competed for a ISKA world title! I have trained with the likes of Uriah Faber & Cody garbrant in California at team alpha male!
Do not hesitate to get in contact, no experience needed at all, sessions will be in a private fitness studio perfect quiet environment to train & learn something new!
