Mental Health Awareness Week is a week-long campaign that takes place every year in May. This year it takes place 11th-17th May 2026. It highlights the importance of good mental health, challenges stigma and promotes practical actions people can take to support their own wellbeing.
Weโve got a full week of activities across campuses designed to help you de-stress, connect, recharge and have some fun โจ
From wellbeing stations and dog therapy to pool tournaments, pickleball, mindfulness colouring, workshops, FREE pizza and Wear It Green Day, thereโs something for everyone ๐
On Wednesday, weโre also hosting Have Your Say Day 2026 as part of Student Voice! This is your chance to share your ideas, feedback and experiences to help shape student life at NWRC, and yes, thereโs FREE pizza too ๐ Your voice matters, and we want to hear it.
So join us for a week of wellbeing, connection, support and fun across all NWRC campuses ๐
