🥋 HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY, NORFOLK TSD! 🎉
Today marks 8 years since our very first official class on 5th September 2018!
Our story, however, started a little earlier.
Tang Soo Do was first brought to Norfolk around 2010/2011 by Master Salter and Salter’s Family Karate, laying the foundations for Tang Soo Do in our local area.
In August 2018, I took over and launched Norfolk Tang Soo Do, with our first official class taking place after the school summer holidays on 5th September 2018.
Eight years later, we've seen students walk through the doors as complete beginners, progress through the ranks, achieve black belts, become instructors and help shape the Academy into what it is today.
We've changed venues, evolved our training and continued to grow — but the goal has always remained the same:
Respect the past. Develop the present. Build the future.
A massive thank you to every student, parent, family member, instructor and supporter who has been part of Norfolk TSD over the last eight years — whether you've been with us from the beginning or joined us along the way.
