So many of you asked if we could bring this outside of school hours... and now we have 💛

Little Feelings, Big Adventures - our Feelings Adventure Club is relaunching at Toftwood Scout Hut, once a month, for children aged 3–7 and their families.

Think: storytelling yoga quests, feel-good stretches, mini-massage moments, confidence-building games and peaceful snuggle-downs - where calm feels exciting and yoga turns into play 🧘‍♀️🌿

I couldn’t resist these cute finger puppets and they’ll be joining us in next term’s Massage & Milestones classes.

Our little bee, caterpillar and duck will be adding extra smiles, and fun as we explore bonding, massage, and baby development together. 🥰

✨ That's a wrap for this term! ✨

Little Tots classes finished last week, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to every family who has joined me this term. It's been such a joy watching your little ones grow in confidence, learn new skills, and share so many smiles together. 💛

I'm now taking a little break over the summer, but I'm already looking forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones in September!

Here's what's coming up:

🌼 Baby Massage & Milestones at Toftwood Social Club – a gentle, supportive class for babies and their grown-ups.

🌈 Mindful Mini Adventures After School Club at Toftwood Scout Hut – helping children build calm, confidence and emotional wellbeing through fun activities.

📚 NEW! Calm and Connect Story Sessions at The Philosophy Rooms, Swaffham – a relaxing story-based class for under 5s, bringing little ones and their grown-ups together through stories, movement and connection.
