We are opening our Adult Ballet class up to new starters next week, if you’re looking for an improvers + open class that’s got a challenge that’s fun then this class is for you.

Currently we don’t offer a beginners adult class but if there are a number of people wanting then we will start one.

Here’s a look into the “Center practice” section of our class from Monday Night.

Just the same as the barre we are warming up the boys all the time to prevent injury where we can.

We will be back Monday hopefully a little cooler but still working just as hard.

Finding your tribe is so important for your overall wellness. Being able to find moments of joy in your week with be with likeminded people is as good as it get.

This was a moment that came together organically from a group of mixed ages and abilities.

This guys get my best in show.

What does your a Monday night look like?

Mondays are always made 100 times better because I get to look forward to ballet with Chris!
Not only do I get to practice ballet which I absolutely love and have done for years, but I get to catch up with a lovely group of people and laugh all class long because of Chris.

Chris has a natural skill for making people feel at ease whilst also being able to teach fantastic technique and genuinely makes my Monday evenings brighter!

What do your exercise classes mean to you?

“I really enjoy attending Chris’s classes - he is an excellent teacher - technically & he is also very encouraging. The classes are challenging, well prepared with a variety of great music, & of course always good fun. He makes everyone feel welcome & accepted.
You can tell that all participants are relaxed - & there is a very friendly atmosphere…we have a good laugh together.

The experience & technique of the students can be varied & Chris encourages us to adapt according to ability. I always feel I’ve had a great work out by the end & look forward to the next one!”
