We love our walks, on Wednesday we found lots of interesting things to look at on the school run. We found lots of colours and lost count of the poppies we saw on the lamp posts.
When we arrived at school the children from St Werburghs were selling Poppy's, they were very kind to all the girls and helped them choose. They all chose a bracelet and a matching sticker.

Yesterday's fun at Sam Spondon Childminders yesterday. They children made Diyas with clay and had to use their strong hands to shape the clay. They had loads of fun playing together and we got to jump in puddles on the the way back to my house.

We have been learning about Diwali today with Sam Spondon Childminder and our friends. One of my lovely families sent us Kaju katli to try. Everyone agreed it was Delicious!
We listened to the Diwali story.
The children made fireworks pictures, lamps and cards.

We looked at dinosaurs this afternoon, these clever children sorted out the bones, some were a bit tricky and they had to think about it but they worked it out. We talked about Mary Anning and the girls found the fact that she found dinosaur poo very funny.

Lovely spending time with Sam Spondon Childminder, Sarah's Little Hive Childminding and Kirsty Roome with their friends and playing together.

We had a lovely morning at Kirsty's house. The children played with the Autumn treasures together and found 2 lovely Autumn stories to read. They found 2 eggs that the chickens had laid too and carried them very carefully.
