🌟 Thank You Normanton Community! 🌟

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Community Event at Ikhlas Community Centre on Thursday evening.

It was great to see residents coming together with local councillors, Derby City Council teams, Derbyshire Constabulary, Neighbourhood Watch and partner agencies to discuss important local issues including:

✅ Crime and community safety
✅ Fly-tipping and littering
✅ Environmental concerns
✅ Keeping Normanton clean and safe

Your voices, concerns and suggestions are important. Events like this help strengthen partnership working and ensure we continue improving our neighbourhood together.

We are now looking to organise more regular community engagement events at Ikhlas Community Centre. This is your community centre — it is open for you all. We encourage residents to come forward with ideas, concerns and suggestions so we can continue working together for the benefit of everyone.
