Patrick has been involved with martial arts for over 35 years. Recently we have opened our new academy, a fantastic facility with a large matted area, punch bags, MMA Cage, hot drinks area, changing facilities & free parking. All our classes are taught in a non-threating environment, we have a family feel to our club and a strong team ethos.
