Allegiance JiuJitsu Academy Derby

After nearly 20 years as Gracie Barra Derby we have decided to take it to the next level, launching Allegiance Jiu Jitsu Academy offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Mixed Martial Arts, Self-Defence Fitness classes, Women's Only classes. Together we rise! Patrick Martin is celebrating his 25th year, running martial arts classes in Derby. Patrick has been involved with martial arts for over 35 years. Recently we have opened our new academy, a fantastic facility with a large matted area, punch bags, MMA Cage, hot drinks area, changing facilities & free parking.

All our classes are taught in a non-threating environment, we have a family feel to our club and a strong team ethos. We teach various styles at our academy Japanese Jujitsu (Nagare En Jujitsu), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Allegiance Jiu Jitsu Academy Derby) & Mixed Martial Arts. (Derby MMA)

Our academy is for anyone who wants to learn how to defend him or herself in combat. what most people don't know is that Allegiance Jiu Jitsu Academy Derby will also allow you to apply those same principles to fighting the daily battles of life, like weight loss, stress, relationship issues, and self confidence. You will learn how to think through the problems more constructively than before, on and off the mat. At our academy, you are part of an extended family. You will join a team that will support you in your quest for self-improvement, training the techniques and participating in live training sessions. Your partners and coaches will give you an arsenal of weapons at your disposal whenever you should need them. The more you train, the more you will arm yourself with the knowledge and skills to fight all your battles in life like a black belt.

What an absolutely incredible seminar tonight with Robert Drysdale.

We were treated to some truly game-changing techniques, with everyone completely engrossed from start to finish. The level of detail, knowledge, and instruction made for an outstanding learning experience, and it was fantastic to see the mats full of people eager to learn.
