Looking to deliver Data Apprenticeships with Confidence

Yesterday, we were proud to attend the Keith Fletcher Memorial Prize Awards at the Houses of Parliament, celebrating the exceptional achievements of Access to HE students from across England and Wales.

The Keith Fletcher Memorial Prize recognises the commitment, dedication and academic excellence of adult learners. Presented by AIM's CEO, Kevern Kerswell, this year saw two winners and two runners-up celebrated across the following categories:

🏆 Outstanding Commitment to Study
✨ Winner: Name withheld at the recipient’s request – The Growth Company learner at Ascentis AO (Awarding Organisation)

✨ Highly Commended: Amy Bartlett – Nottingham Trent University learner at The Cambridge Access Validating Agency (CAVA)

🏆 Outstanding Academic Achievement
✨ Winner: Catherine Hennessy – City Lit learner at OCN London

✨ Highly Commended: Jake Anderton – East Lancashire Learning Group (ELLG) Group learner at Ascentis AO (Awarding Organisation)

The prize is named in memory of Keith Fletcher, a passionate advocate for adult learning. Supported by his family and delivered by all nine Access Validating Agencies (AVAs), the awards continue to highlight the transformational impact of Access to HE.

Each award recipient was invited to the Houses of Parliament to receive a certificate and a monetary prize to support their future studies.

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and runners-up!
