We are incredibly proud of Craig Sindol, a Sixth Form student at Saint Benedict CVA, who has secured a prestigious four‑year degree apprenticeship with Balfour Beatty, the UK’s largest construction and infrastructure provider! 🏗️🌍

Craig impressed the company after completing two weeks of work experience and successfully navigated a competitive multi‑stage application process — including online tests, a group task and his first ever interview. 🙌

His hard work and passion for civil engineering have truly paid off. Craig will now work towards a Level 6 qualification in Civil Engineering starting September 2026. 🎓✨

👏 Our amazing Sixth Form students are stepping into the world of medicine through a unique six-month work experience opportunity at Royal Derby Hospital.

💉 From critical care to orthopaedics, cardiology and the dementia ward, these Year 12 students are gaining hands-on insight into healthcare while making a real difference.
