Founded in 2018, the academy has constantly gone under renovations to provide the highest standard and up-to-date training in Nails.

ANOTHER ENROLMENT COMPLETE 🥹🤗👏 Which means qualifying and officially welcoming two more angels into the nail industry ((our gorgeous jess was already qualified & came back to qualify in e-file))

What a GORGEEEEE 3 days we had!!!!! Lots of chats, lots of questions, lots of learning, lots of biscuits & lots of fun!!!!!

It’s not just the transformation of skills that happens within the days, it’s the personal transformation too!!!

Within the month we’ve watch Sam’s confidence in herself grow and release it’s not the skill holding her back, it’s herself! And we’ve watched Lottie go from doing her own nails for fun to fully stepping into owning a business and decorating & creating her own space 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

So many exciting things to come for these angels, it’s only just the start and we are SO privileged to be by their side every step of the way!

our manuals through our & our students eyes 🥹👀📸⭐️🤝 quite frankly we’re obsessed

It may not look like much but seeing them three manuals printed after a long hard slog of 18+ months working on them will never ever ever get old!

At times we were sat with a word document thinking it would never end and wanting to give up BUT WOW ARE WE GLAD WE DIDN’T

Each one of our manuals are handwritten from experience & the heart…. no gatekeeping, no shortcuts… every single thing we believe you need to not just qualify as a nail tech but to be a SUCCESSFUL

Not only are they hand-written, every single page is hand designed by us & the creative angel Leila | Branding & Web Design - ensuring that not only are they aesthetic but the information is easily digestible. Months of back & forth sketches, moving boxes, changing fonts, drawing diagrams.

These manuals are written & designed with our students in mind to keep for their entire journey in the nail world 🌎🤍

And seeing them used, loved & getting such positive feedback always makes us sooooOooooooo happy

hardly any pics from this day as we were too emersed & forgot about this part :) but take it from us training days are the best days ⭐️

This is just step 1 for our angels on our Ultimate Nail Tech Qualification, there’s plenty more to come ###

We start with the PERFECT foundations for complete beginners;

Anatomy, Health & Safety, Insurance & need to know stuff ;), Sanitation, Natural Nail Health, Foundations for prescriptive manicures, Perfect manual prep, Gel Polish Application, French Application, Safe Removal, Communication with clients (that doesn’t EVEN cover it all)

with clear next steps on how to start building the skill & building a client base. Then the countdown for step 2&3 is on, for builder & e-file ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Roll on the end of September ###

TWO NEW NAIL TECHS COOKING 🧑‍🍳🤍💅🏻 Training days are the BEST days, you heard it here first🫀

Summer Enrolment is happening and what two gorgeous girls to spend the weekend with!!!!

Both angels have booked our Ultimate Nail Tech Qualification - that means that after 3 In-Academy Training Days they would have gone from COMPLETE beginner to confident, high standard, succcessful nail tech 🪄

First day is GEL POLISH! This day is allll about foundations! Understanding the anatomy, why we do things, how to look after the natural nails, perform consultations and therefore offer prescriptive manicures, thorough prep, application, french, colour, sanitisation, removals AND MORE - that doesn’t even cover it!

Gel Polish = building blocks!!!!! Next Stop Builder Gel & E-file (held on two seperate days)

It is an absolute PLEASURE to welcome people into an industry we love so much and for people to trust & believe in the value of the courses (They are the best 🤭)

Practical session …. 1. working on yourself to get comfortable & familiar 2. working on each other 😌🤎🤌

Hot weekends calls for an iced coffee delivery - non negotiable ❤️‍🔥

Demo time!!!!!!!! We cover every learning time in our courses! From written step by steps, visuals on the board, explaining and then up close observing… we will go through things AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED!

((This is the part when in-academy training is most effective to us, you learn how to get comfortable with a client, overcome any nerves from doing something for the first time and get to ask questions there and then))
