π Teddies Under the Seaπ
Our little explorers have had the best time diving into our Under the Sea Tuff Tray this weekπ
The babies got hands-on with our gorgeous blue cornflour, discovering the most amazing textures as they squished, swirled and made marks with their fingersπ
We added eucalyptus sprigs and shells to bring in some beautiful sensory elements perfect for little ones to touch, smell and explore! ππΏ
We also took the opportunity to label our sea life creatures, supporting our babiesβ growing language and vocabulary in the most playful way. π£οΈβ¨

Our babies have had a wonderful time this week! π₯π
They loved interacting with our baby chicks, gently exploring and feeling their soft feathers. The children were fascinated by the chicks and enjoyed watching them move around.
The fun continued with construction play, where the babies created their own structures and explored different ways to build and stack. They also got creative with block printing, experimenting with paint to make colourful patterns and marks. π¨β¨

ππ¦π What a wonderful week in the Baby Unit! ππ¦π
Our little ones have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the exciting topic of transport, creating and investigating lots of different tracks with a variety of textures to stimulate their senses and curiosity.
We have also been singing and learning some of our favourite nursery rhymes, especially βFive Little Ducksβ and βOld MacDonald Had a Farmβ. Through songs, actions, and play, the children have been developing their language skills, using and recognising single words through labelling and communication activities.
It has been a week filled with discovery, learning, and lots of smiles. We are so proud of all our babies and the progress they continue to make every day! πβ¨

Our little artists have been busy creating beautiful observational pictures inspired by our butterflies π¦π¨
The children carefully looked at the colours, patterns, and shapes of the butterflies before creating their own wonderful artwork. Through this activity, they explored creativity, concentration, and fine motor skills while learning more about the fascinating life of butterflies.
We are so proud of their amazing creations and the care they took in observing every little detail! πβ¨
