A few weeks ago, our York Centre Manager, Carrie, retired after nearly 7 years with the RelyOn Develop team.

Carrie was a popular face around our York centre, especially with regular delegates and staff from Northern Gas Networks, she always ensured the York centre was running smoothly. She will be sorely missed by all of us, however we would like to wish her all the best as she enjoys her retirement.

Yesterday Regional Solutions Executives, Hayley and Sara, attended The ESS Expo, at the NEC in Birmingham.

The event is focused on the transition to an environmentally-friendly planet through land, water, resource & energy management. Hayley and Sara spoke to industry professionals about RelyOn's expert training courses, technologies and how RelyOn are able to support the mission.

Today we say goodbye to a former colleague, Eric Tyson, who worked on the team for 16 years, as his funeral takes place near his home in Yorkshire.

Eric was apart of the York centre family as a low voltage trainer before moving to work for as a quality assurer. Eric was a proud military man, having served in the Royal Engineers across the UK, he then moved to a facilities management company and then finally to Develop Training. He was a popular character around the centre, known for his sense of humour and love of cracking jokes.

To pay tribute to Eric, we have named the low voltage workshop at York centre 'The Eric Tyson Electrical Workshop' as well as dedicating a bench and tree to him in our outdoor area.

Eric will be sorely missed by all at RelyOn Develop and we extend our condolences to his family and friends at this time.
