Friendly instructors with over 20 years experience as both coaches and fighters.
Suitable for all levels of knowledge and fitness.

Only £4 per hours session.

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone has had a good Christmas and New year.
We are back open this Wednesday (5th) ready to kick start the new year. We have lots of plans and goals we want to achieve as a gym and also can't wait to help you achieve yours.

We have a couple of changes this year, one being the price. In nearly a decade we have never done anything with the price of our sessions but things have changed a bit over the years and we feel now is the right time in the current climate. Our sessions will now cost £4 per hours class.

Second is we regret to inform the parents of our past Junior students that we will no longer be running the kids sessions. With Sean and Steve having moved workplaces and a change of working hours we just don't have the time to commit to these sessions as well as our adult classes. We enjoyed teaching each and every one of the kids and we hope that in the years to come when they are old enough they join us in our adult sessions.

Lastly for any students with us already who aren't in the WhatsApp group, we will be introducing a new signing in system. Nothing major though. Anyone currently training with us that wants to be in the WhatsApp group drop one of us a message.

I think that's all...hope to see some faces when we reopen!!

***COMPETITION TIME***

To celebrate the end of the year and the return to some sort of "normal" after a crazy couple of years, we've decided to run a little competition!

It's dead simple, all you have to do is turn up to train and sign in when you do so and you'll be entered in for a chance of winning one of two great prizes!

WHEN: From Monday 22nd November to Friday 17th December.

HOW: There will be a signing in sheet for each lesson.

Each lesson you attend and sign in for will count as an entry in to the prize draw, meaning there's an opportunity for 4 entries a week from the normal classes. Plus, private lessons will also be entered, so everyone's got an opportunity and you can add even more entries!

The prizes on offer are -

• Pair of Muay Thai shorts
• Free 1hr private lesson with either Sean or Steven.
