*RAZIIL REGISTERATION*

Our annual enrolment to the As Suffah Education programme for 5-14 yrs old is open. All new enrollments must be registeted using Raziil (see poster).

*Important Dates:*
- 16 Oct 25 : Raziil registeration Open
- 30 Nov 25: Closing Date
- By 26 Dec 25: Class confirmed
- 5 Jan 26: New Classes Start
- 1st Mon of month: fees collected

*ALL new enrolments* must be enrolled *IMMEDIATELY* onto the Raziil system with the *Direct Debit* mandate completed to secure a place onto As Suffah Education Programme classes in Jan 2026

It is the parents *RESPONSIBILITY* to;-

1. Enrol each child onto Raziil using the URL https://djm.raziil.com/ or QR code. Once this is done you will receive an email.

2. The email will give you a link to complete the bank Direct Debit mandate

Complete the above steps of enrolment and complete the bank mandate, then if you feel due to financial hardship and personal circumstances you cannot pay the full monthly fees (£30 & Hifz class £80). Collect a concessions form available at each masjid office. Fully complete and return the form for consideration. We will meet with parents.

Fees Direct Debits will be taken on the 1st Monday of the month.

New enrolment first fees will be taken on Mon 5 Jan 2026.

All As suffah children and parents are invited to attend to receive their award and celebrate the hard work of our children.

Parent Men Entrance : Holmes st (main ent)
Parent Sisters Entrance: Via Car Park 2nd floor
Whittaker st Entrance: All girls & Qaidaa boys
Rosehill st entrance : boys only

Alhumdulilah, this year 100 children have completed reading of the holy Quran and 2 boys completed full hifz. Trophies will be presented to Quran completion, Islamic studies, Hifz performance and medals to Qaidaa children.

Alhumdulilah, we have reached the end of our teaching year. Very successful and productive with many hurdles and challenges. We are regularly updating our Islamic curriculum to keep up to date with the evolving challenges our children face in society. This year we have introduced sports and RSE into our curriculum.

Today and friday *ALL* children will be given their end of year reports. Please collect from your child. Parents evening will be held in Feb/Mar 2024 dates will be provided later.

Last day of teaching is this *friday 22nd Dec*
ALL children will return back on *mon 8 Jan 2024* at normal time.

This year 200 new children have submitted applications for enrollment, all children will be given a place. We endeavour to contact you by no later than *Wed 3 Jan 2024* with the starting time for your child. If you have not heard from us contact Admin (number below) or visit office.

ALL existing classes teaching will return on *Mon 9th Jan 2023* at the normal time at our 4 mosques eg; DJM, Dairyhouse Rd, Village st Mosque & Porter rd.

All *NEW* enrolment children will start on *mon 16th Jan* at our mosques.

New classes will start in January 2023.

For children (girls and boys) aged 5-16, our As-suffah curriculum encompasses;
~ Islamic value topics cover real life / current challenges faced by our children
~ Qaidah & Quran reading with Tajweed
~ Namaaz & Dua (rules & practise)
~ Islamic Studies (Seerah, Fiqh, Tawheed)

Depending on the age (grade) these topics are covered at verying depth (basic—> advance) but are taught from the age of 5.

Monday 8th August 2022 is Yaum E Ashoor (10th Muharram). There will be a holiday for all As suffah children TODAY.

Teaching will start as normal on tuesday for All classes at the 4 masjids.
