📢 Why Have Our Prices Increased & Sessions Reduced?

We wanted to be honest and explain a few changes at Elite Grassroots.

Over the past year, we’ve made decisions that allow us to deliver better coaching—not just more of it.

Here’s why:

✅ Pitch Hire Costs Have Tripled
One of our main venues has drastically increased pitch hire fees. Rather than cut corners, we’ve decided to invest in quality and keep using the best facilities.

✅ We Were Getting Stretched Too Thin
Too much travelling between venues meant our energy and focus weren’t always where they should be—on the players. We’ve reduced the number of sessions so we can give 100% to each one.

✅ We Only Want to Work With the Right Families
We’re not here to just babysit with a ball. Whether your child is a beginner or an academy hopeful—we want to work with families who are committed to growth, effort, and development.

✅ We Do Way More Than Just a One-Hour Session
Every player gets set homework, development plans, feedback, and personal attention. We care about what happens between sessions just as much as what happens during them.

✅ We Hire Quality Coaches
Our team includes ex-academy players and highly motivated coaches who go the extra mile. Unlike many coaching companies that pay minimum wage, we believe our coaches deserve a good wage for great work.

We’re building something that’s about quality, not quantity. We’re different to other coaching companies. Our training methods are unique. This is why we’ve had customers stick with us from when we moved from Swadlincote to Derby.
