Things aren’t looking so good right now… saw the doctor yesterday and with my right wrist still with limited movement he signed me off work officially for three weeks… but now I’m having to wear I splint on my left wrist too as that one decided it’s had enough and has also strained 🤦🏻‍♀️

So, I’m stuck with two busted wrists, can’t really do much at all! My books are too difficult to hold so I’m reading on my kindle!

Get yourself all in a lather with these amazing soap sponges.

Perfect for the shower, for travelling and for popping in your gym bag - no need for travelling with endless bottles and extra toiletries! Just wet, lather, rinse and leave to dry for next time! Perfect!

I need some sanity… I’m still off work with this wrist so I attempted to organise a med cert! I can’t do that unless I see a GP even though it’s in my records and I was seen by A&E! Make it make sense! So now I have to go to the surgery tomorrow afternoon 🤦🏻‍♀️

The good news is I have better grip now and am trying to go as long as possible with no splint today to try and get more movement back. I think Roman is happier as he doesn’t like the splint.

Hey folks… how have you all been this week?

I’ve had 6 days in a splint not able to do very much… even opening a bottle of milk is painful! I have a lot of movement back but still can’t do the simplest of things 🤦🏻‍♀️

But it’s the weekend - what are your plans?
