Bombs And Bubbles Galore

Today was lovely to get together to celebrate our fabulous Gran’s birthday. She was an incredible woman and as much as I miss her, she lives on in all of us!

Rupert was adorable today and loved his cuddles - he also liked taking his own selfies on my phone which was funny! I will have to try and make a reel of all his chubby fingered attempts ❤️

I got home and cracked open the gin to celebrate a little (huge) win of my own and now I’m going to enjoy some down time in a hot bath and hopefully sleep more than 4 hours!

Happy Sunday! Today is a family day and we’re getting together to celebrate and remember.

I’m just currently catching up on Scotlands World Cup game as I couldn’t stay up to watch during the early hours this morning! No spoilers please 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I have avoided it so far…

Enjoying World Gin Day 🍸and the World Cup ⚽️ is also on TV, I must be going crazy as I’m sat watching it while drinking my gin! I don’t even like football 🤣

I ended up with a Tanqueray Paradiso and tonic which is lovely and refreshing!

This evening I may enjoy some from my collection… maybe a gin, or a North Uist Distillery Co. downpour, Lantic Gin could also be considered… as long as there is good tonic, plenty of ice and a good book to go with it!

Ahh Friday… feet up, relaxing and not cooking! The youngest is baking cookies, the big one is packing ready for her road trip and I suppose I should watch my assessment video and critique myself 😳

But it’s the weekend and I get a couple of days off to chill, see the family and maybe some ice rink fun too!

Today marks another week in the bag and students are slowly starting to dwindle in number as they’re getting signed off and leaving.

I hope to have a quiet afternoon where I can study today ready for my next and final. The videos I have been trying to watch don’t seem to want to work properly so hopefully today is the day where I can actually do something!

Another Wednesday and it’s another (and the final) Maths GCSE this morning!

I have hardly slept after my own exam last night… but I’m up with coffee and getting ready to go! If nothing changes on my timetable today, I should be able to start revising for my next exam… receptive! It’s time to watch lots of videos, answer the questions and see how terribly I do 🤣 but practise will make perfect hopefully!

Exam done, meal and drinks out straight after with my girls and 2 amazing friends! Just what was needed! I hope this one went as good as it felt when I came out… I ended up going from one topic, to a different topic and then settled on the third topic after a bit of practise 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ shows I have done my research and know what I can do with 30 minutes notice!

Now just the long wait to see if I have passed 🤞🏼

Time for a cuppa, a hot bath and a bit of a pamper before heading to bed with my book… get your bubbles and butters on the website!

Here we go again… 5pm today is exam number 2 😬 I feel so unprepared for this one as there isn’t much I can actually do until 4:30pm when I actually get the true topics… Yes 30 minute prep time… that’s it! My brain is mush already!
