It’s lovely to have Violet at Playdays, pictured here with Mum Adele who is also a Playdays girl!
It’s very gratifying when past pupils bring their children to Playdays. A lovely picture of a lovely family.

We had a very welcome visitor today. Keenan Wong. Keenan was with us 20 years ago and has grown into a fine young man, he is now a Doctor at Derby Royal. Well done Keenan, Playdays is proud of you and it was lovely to see you.

Good morning,

There’s seems to have been some confusion about when Playdays returns for the Autumn term.

It was originally Monday 7th September, but then we changed it to Tuesday 8th September due to some schools having inset days which impacted on our Staff.

We then sent out a newsletter to parents informing them of the date change.

We will be open tomorrow Tuesday 8th September at 9.a.m.

We look forward to seeing you then

As this is the last week of the Summer Holidays and the schools open this week I would like to wish all Playdays children a safe and happy start to the new school year, particularly those who are starting their new adventure this week. May it be all you could wish for and more, you all deserve a happy time. We will miss both you and your parents and hope to see you around Chellaston and don’t forget to call in and see us if you can.

On behalf of the Pink Ladies and myself I would like to thank parents for their lovely gifts, we were quite overwhelmed with your generosity. I would also like to thank the Mayor, Councillor Jonathan Smale for attending today and making the day even more special. I will post videos, photos etc. on Monday but just wanted to say Thank you, it’s been a pleasure and a privilege to have your children attend Playdays.
