Class running as normal from 7pm til 8pm on Tuesdays. At out new venue at Noel-Baker L.E.A.D. Academy, in their Dance Studio.

Went back to some basic footwork and punching drills tonight, foundation work is always important. Moved onto using body movement to avoid a straight punch and counter, then a balancing drill with two kicks at different heights.

Warm evening, but good session. The focus tonight was at the fundamental basics such as footwork, punching and kicking technique. Finished off with some sparring.

That was a great lesson last night. We did some balancing exercise to help us when kicking. We then focused on height and accuracy of our techniques.

A very fun session tonight. We did some jumping to work on balance and combined this with a punch and kick, as well as tested ourselves with different heights. Then continued with different kicks.

Went back to some basic footwork and punching drills tonight, because no matter how simple they are, it helps build a strong foundation to progress from. Moved on to timed pad work going into sparring. Great work tonight everyone keep it up 💪👊👍

What a wonderful night this lesson was. Started with some footwork and mixed a couple together to warm up with as well doing some traditional line work. Then moved into how to improve our punches to make faster and harder to notice. We then finished off with some self defense, and worked to come with scenarios and reactions to them which result in plenty of laughter.

Great work tonight, everyone should definitely sleep well after that haha. We had a more sparing focused lesson, but we used the gradings techniques in a more practical structure combining the blocks and deflections with counter attacks.

Well done tonight we've been working on techniques for gradings, and using drills to get used to distance and timing. Then finished off with some sparring.
