I’m truly humbled by the appreciation and gratitude I receive. For over 25 years, I’ve been teaching, inspiring, and bringing joy to many. But knowing that over the past three years I’ve made a positive impact on the wellbeing of our NHS staff adds even more to my accomplishments.
It’s not just about learning, it’s about building social connections, enjoying each other’s company, and strengthening resilience to cope with the pressures of work and life. It’s a privilege to help people feel fitter, happier, and more connected. Thank you all for your kindness. And remember: Just keep dancing! 🥰 And Merry Christmas 🎄🧑‍🎄🎄 ❤️

The event is to raise money in support of 'Thoughtful Foods' project which is all about exploring the links between nutrition, pre diabetes and mental health.
