Apologies for any missed or slow reply’s for those that’s messaged our gym page. I have 2 / 3 jobs and don’t always have time to log in and check!

I’ve attached our current timetable and pin this post as I’ll cover the most frequently asked questions ;

- You don’t have to book in for any classes, you can just turn up anytime (junior & adult) If you are a beginner then we do offer a free weeks trial.

- We only have children’s classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we take them from 5yrs +. Kickboxing & MMA are adult only.

- We will only discuss prices in person as there are a few options depending on how many classes you will be attending and if you are in the beginner program or advanced

Great results from the team at last weekends Empire grappling competition. We come away with 4x Gold, 3x Silver & 2x Bronze!! Exceptional performance from our juniors head coach Jess Hammond, winning double Gold in all her fights both Gi & NoGi by submission without a single point scored against her!!
