Not every student will reach this stage in their martial arts journey but today we have a team of students who will be showcasing everything they have learned over the last 4 years and more!
You have already shown us resilience, hard work, dedication and determination to get this far and we have great faith in all of you today.

Time to bring your best yet to date and we will look forward to seeing you all on the mats shortly 🥷

One of our (and the students) favourite finisher games where every successful and not so successful jump is celebrated by the team (just to confirm the kids get to choose their own height of pads)!
Games like this help to build confidence, encouragement and good sportsmanship between peers and its always a pleasure to see 🌟

RESPECT.
We often say respect is not given it is earned but in some cases it is learned.
It is learned (and earned) by respecting each other to not hurt your opponent during sparring in class.
Yes punches and kicked are exchanged and aimed at the body and head but learning to respect your peers and to not deliberately attack with power is what is learned and expected from us.
Great effort shown from our students here who demonstrate great control, technique of blocking and ex*****on whilst showing respect to each other as they could easily use more power!

Learning by example 🥋

One of the most effective ways to improve is through learning by example and our ninjas get to learn by experienced instructors who demonstrate techniques so that our students get to see proper form.

In class, we don’t just explain a punch, kick, or combination, we demonstrate it. By observing, practicing, and repeating what they see, students develop and gain a deeper understanding of each technique.

Every demonstration becomes an opportunity to learn, refine, and grow 🥊

Kick-boxing is not just about kicking and punching. It’s about learning new skills which will assist you in becoming a better martial artist. In this case it was balance and patience.

A HUGE WELL DONE to our student here who (is our youngest and newest student in this class) not only demonstrated both balance and patience BUT who went home and practiced in his own time to become better 🌟

Our instructors (and class helpers) are amazing ✨.
Confidence doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through patience, encouragement, and consistency.

And behind every student learning to make strong choices, is a teacher guiding them, supporting them, and helping them grow.
At Ninjas kickboxing our teachers don’t just teach techniques, they help students build confidence that carries into everyday life.
Because confidence isn’t given. It’s built.

Why we say to start your martial arts journey now (martial arts is a journey that you can only improve with time and practice) and why these other two bigger factors are more important than your starting age;

🥊 Consistency - training regularly matters more than starting early. You only get better by attending class regularly.

🥊 Good instruction — the right coach for you is far more important than your age. Building a rapport with your instructor is where you will trust them to help with your progression throughout your journey. Without a good coach who can instruct you well you will never reach your full potential ✨

Nothing fancy, just our students demonstrating their hard work, focus, showing up week after week and constantly getting better!
Proud coaches 🥊

Focus. Dedication. FUN

Here at Ninjas kickboxing we believe fun is not a distraction from learning it’s the key to it!
Children learn differently from adults. They thrive on energy, excitement, games and positive experiences. If training is too serious, repetitive, or too strict, kids often mentally switch off long before they’ve given us their best.

Our classes don’t just teach punches, kicks, or techniques, they create an environment where kids are excited to come back every week.
A child who enjoys training for 3 years will always outperform a child who quits after 3 months because classes felt boring or intimidating.

Kids become more willing to try new techniques, make mistakes, and push themselves when the atmosphere feels encouraging and enjoyable and they where growth truly begins🥊

A huge shoutout to our teenagers!
Kick-boxing isn’t just about throwing punches it’s also about building stronger and more confident teenagers.

In today’s world our kids are facing more pressure than ever, whether it’s from school stress to social media and everything in between. And that’s why classes like ours can make such a powerful difference to them.

🥊 Confidence boost - Learning new skills and seeing progress builds real self-belief.
🥊 Stress relief - It’s a great way to release tension and clear their minds.
🥊 Discipline & focus - Training teaches consistency, respect, and mental strength.
🥊 Fitness & health Improves strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing and fitness.
🥊 Self-defense skills - Helps teens feel safer knowing they have the tools to protect themselves and to be more in control of themselves.
🥊 Positive environment - Being part of a supportive community keeps them motivated and grounded.
🥊 Friendships - One of the most important aspects of teenagers lives is ensuring they have friendships, classes like this really helps to build new friendships.

It’s not about fighting it’s about growing, and here at Ninjas kickboxing we really do believe in building their confidence, building themselves mentally and physically and making friendships along the way (and one less hour at least of tech when they’re training)!
