Our two social enterprises, Derby Language School and Upbeat Clean, are growing rapidly so we are recruiting an Operations Manager to help us develop the systems and processes we need to thrive as an organisation. Operations Manager — Upbeat Communities Upbeat Communities was founded in 2005 to support refugees and asylum seekers to rebuild their lives through a whole range of support including training, social activities, befriending and hosting.

We specialise in helping students prepare for IELTS, CAE, and OET exams. Each student has a course tailored around their needs so that they can work on the key areas needed to improve their score.

Really excited to have our first Ukrainian students joining our classes this week. Language is key to integration and rebuilding lives so we are excited to be able to support in this key step for them.

Really excited to have started providing French classes at St Joseph's School this term. Great to partner with local schools!
