You’re following the same low resistance workouts for years
Dipping in and out of these workouts with no proper structure
I wanted to talk more about these YouTube “fat loss and toning” workouts that are literally hiit or bodyweight (side note these workouts are brilliant for different reasons) but if you want to tone and build muscle then you need to be exposing your muscles to some resistance … regularly … this is progressive overload and how to tone and build strength !!
Strength training is pretty empowering so put those gym fears away (or if you have a home gym then get cracking!!) and start training with intention ❤️🔥

Im in full HYROX training mode 💪❤️🔥 and loving it
The sunsets have been amazing!!
There’s this big thing in Sydney called vivid so there’s funky lights and light shows all over the city, opera house is lit up and all sorts!! 🤗🤗🤗
Played bowls for our friends bday and it was actually so fun, very much an “old person” thing in the UK but it’s v trendy over here 😂
