Big Shout out to Gheorghe

First two classes back this weekend after a hip replacement 🎉 we’ve missed Gheorghe in class over the last few months, he is such a warm and friendly person and genuinely one the kindest men I’ve ever met.

We’re taking his return slowly to ensure longevity but we are so pleased to see him back 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

There is a big difference in the seasons this morning here. Autumn and winter are great times to get started when it’s cold, damp and dark outside get yourselves inside, warm are working hard

Seeing some big improvements in flexibility and overall technique tonight.

Shout out To Natasha 🎉🎉

Black belt grading at the end of the year for Natasha but these last couple of months have been sent to test her. Broken toe ( not via training I might add 🙌 ) has seen Natasha take the summer off to give it more time to heal. We have a plan in place to ensure she can still train whilst it heals without aggravating it.
