Whilst we are all riding solo there’s no one to check on your position.
I sometimes struggle a little with siting off to one side.
So thought I’d share a tip of how to detect this yourself. Look down at the front wheel whilst riding and check, can you see equal an amount of the rim either side of the tyre? Or like me is the right rim visible and left obscured? (Sitting off to the right) shuffle to find a position that makes the bike even. Ride like this for a bit and usually you’ll be able to tell which muscles seem stretched. Then endeavour to fix the tightness causing this whilst off the bike.

Solid power pb for after some really consistent training over the last 6 weeks! Continuing to build in preparation for whenever races are back on. No racing and nice weather allows the training to be really focused with little distractions. We are working on the foundations to achieve a higher peak when the time comes and switch to more intensive training.

Bikes are eager to get racing. Next up sports massage and the legs will be too!

Saturday was meant to be my first race of the season but it was cancelled due to weather and road conditions...so a spin on my race bike with and a cafe stop was completed instead ✌🏼

It’s great to be back on the race bike and racing being in sight - let’s hope this Saturdays race isn’t cancelled!
