The main coaching points from this are trying to keep your bat face pointing towards the target and ensuring your front foot and head are going towards the ball to hit back at the target effectively.

Introducing our latest addition to the coaching team 🔥 Ximus is having a great winter training with the 1st team and is looking forward to building into a strong summer.

He has a brilliant record out in South Africa representing Northerns at U19 level, TUKS and has also captained the Titans Cubs side.

He will be helping with the club sessions as well as doing 1-1s throughout the summer 🔥🔥 Great to have you on board mate

The main aim of this session was a real focus on watching the ball and hitting down the line with an added challenge of speed (120mph Tennis Balls) and 4 Away Swing. It’s a brilliant time to groove technical work during the winter months before the heat of the battle against bowlers in the summer!

Remember... if you train harder that what you get in a game, it will feel much easier when you’re actually out there playing!

He will be taking 1-1 sessions with our clients throughout the winter and into the summer.
