Allotment update!

Our winter veggies are enjoying the showers of rain and bursts of sunshine as they’ve started to grow🫛

The children are all very excited!

The lovely family of Honey Pie Workshop, who made our fabulous mud kitchen, are turning their Christmas lights on and raising money for charity.
Please pay them a visit and donate if you can.

Tonie Time!

Babies love exploring our wide variety of tonies, exploring different characters and listening to sounds, songs and stories! This is great for exploring independently or as a group and promotes babies communication and language.

Remembrance day 2025.

Preschool has enjoyed joining in with a range of Remembrance Day activities today. We spoke about Remembrance Day, listened to the last post in silence at 11am and joined in with creating our own hand print poppy as well as exploring our sensory tray and story. ❤️

They live at Shelfie Lane, Happy Hamlet, Fairy Land and it’s rather magical 🧚‍♀️

The fairies love their land, because they have a fabulous view of lots of happy babies, giggling away 💕

📚 Children’s book week📚

Our preschool children have enjoyed exploring our Gruffalo story sack today!
We enjoyed reading the story and retelling and remembering key events “oh help, oh no it’s the Gruffalo” and “I’m going to have lunch with the Gruffalo” during play, we loved trying to remember what happened and looking at the pictures in the book to help us.
We also enjoyed creating our own stories to hiding the owl, fox, snake and mouse away from the Gruffalo and then getting the Gruffalo to find them.

We had so much fun 🤩

Remember remember the 5th of November 🔥 🎇

It’s bonfire night and we have been creating our own fireworks in toddlers today.

We had a great time exploring this firework dough. We looked at the colours, explored the texture and it also smelt delicious too.

The children had fun rolling the dough and using the firework cutters and rollers, to make their own patterns.

Guy Fawkes was watching over them all too.
